7400 S Congress
7400 Congress is an ongoing multifamily project featuring a complex scope of cast-in-place concrete work. Our team is responsible for constructing an elevated cast-in-place parking garage, which sits above two underground water vaults located beneath its basement level. We also installed installed a cast-in-place bridge structure over an additional underground water quality pond, showcasing our ability to execute technically challenging subsurface features.
Our scope also includes multiple slab-on-grade placements, a central courtyard, extensive concrete paving, and all associated flatwork. This project demonstrates our capability to deliver high-quality concrete solutions in a multifaceted and infrastructure-intensive environment.
CSW 5th Street
CSW 5th Street is a high-density multifamily development located in Austin, Texas. Our scope of work encompassed the construction of a cast-in-place basement to support a precast parking garage, a slab-on-grade foundation surrounding the garage and central courtyard, and all associated flatwork. This project highlights our team's expertise in complex structural coordination and high-quality concrete execution within a dense urban environment.
Fossil Vista
Fossil Vista is a garden-style multifamily development located just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. The site features multiple residential buildings, detached garages, and extensive concrete paving. This project highlights our ability to manage high-volume work across multiple scopes in parallel, demonstrating both efficiency and precision.
Faced with an accelerated schedule, our team successfully poured all 12 buildings and 6 garages—totaling 4,600 cubic yards of concrete—in under 35 days. We are currently on track to complete all site paving, comprising an additional 3,500 cubic yards of concrete, in less than 30 days. Fossil Vista exemplifies our capacity to execute fast-paced, high-output projects while maintaining exceptional quality and coordination.
